These terms govern the use of The Unlikely Stories (“the tool”), a private application used to prepare and publish short videos to the operator’s own social media accounts.
The tool is private. It is operated by a single individual, for that individual’s own accounts. It is not offered, sold, licensed or otherwise made available to third parties, and it holds no user accounts. Access to its interface is restricted by authentication at the network edge.
All videos published through the tool are produced by the operator, who is solely responsible for them. Episodes are produced with the assistance of generative AI tools and are labelled as AI-generated content when published, in accordance with each platform’s rules on synthetic media.
The tool is built to operate within the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, and the equivalent terms of any other platform it publishes to. Where these terms and a platform’s terms conflict, the platform’s terms prevail.
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is internal software: it carries no service commitment, no availability guarantee and no support obligation.
These terms may change. The date above records the last revision, and the version published at this address is the one in force.
These terms are governed by French law.
